The Bethlehem Temple Association strives to serve a delicious family style meal in temperature-controlled comfort for you and your guests. We can accommodate a banquet of up to 350 guests. However, we do require a minimum payment for 200 guests per banquet.
 

Hors d’oeuvres
We offer either a vegetable party tray with dip or cheese and crackers for an additional cost.

Dessert

We suggest you allow us to serve your Wedding Cake. After the ceremonial cutting of your Wedding Cake, we will take it into the kitchen and prepare slices for your guests for dessert.


In addition, ice cream is available at an additional cost.

     
 
The Serving of the Meal

A family style meal consisting of Appetizer, Entrée, Potato, Vegetables, Salad, Rolls and Butter, and Coffee and Hot Tea will be served 15 minutes after the conclusion of your cocktail hour. That 15 minute time period will give you and your guests a sufficient amount of time to prepare for the meal. Any delay in serving the food at the time scheduled will detract from the meal.

     
 
Refreshment

The Kitchen Committee will provide two or three bartenders, depending upon the number of guests, to serve liquid refreshments until the beginning of the meal. The bar will be closed during your meal. It will open and remain open for the balance of the evening after your guests begin to receive their dessert.

The prices listed above do not reflect a sales tax of 6% or a gratuity of 15%. Prices are subject to change and remittance is due upon receipt of the bill. The bill will be calculated twenty days before the date of your banquet and will reflect current market prices.
